Bin Rentals

DMTS offers self serve junk removal. Rent a bin, fill it up , and we take it away. If you’re not sure what size bin you require, give us a call and we can discuss your job and figure out what is best for you. We rent to residential, commercial and general contractor clients. We also offer trailer rentals for those smaller jobs. Ours bins vary in pricing depending on location and sometimes material. Rentals are from 1-7 days. Drop off and pick up are included in rental charge. You call us when its full and we will haul it away. If you need the bin longer than 7 days, additional charges will apply. If not the bin will be picked up on the 7th day. Costs associated with your bin rental include the price to rent the bin as well as the cost to dispose the waste in the bin. All bins are rented at the same rate, how much you put in it will be the determining factor on the final price. Disposal fees are calculated by the tonne. All costs are subject to HST.
We also rent for a flat rate. Give us a call to discuss your options.

Rules of Rentals:

All we ask is that you follow the do’s and don’ts for renting.

• Do not fill past the max load height
• NO Hazardous Materials; propane tanks, used oil, chemicals, paints aerosol cans, batteries. Empty cans are okay. If you have any hazardous waste that needs proper disposal, give us a call and we can arrange something. Additional costs may apply. If hazardous materials are found in the bin, you will forfeit your deposit. We can be hit with huge fines if found dumping hazardous materials inappropriately.

Typical Contents:

• 10 yard bin – 3 pickups or 140 bundles of shingles
• 14 yard bin – 4.5 pickups or 210 bundles of shingles
• 20 yard bin – 6 pickups or 280 bundles of shingles
